The objective of this paper is to analyze the legal provisions of TRIPS on agriculture world trade and progress. Analysis will be done on developing countries agriculture. There is a contention of curiosity, among developed and developing countries. It is regarding the protection of farmer rights and protection of plants new varieties. Developed countries economical power has annihilate the developing countries passion in both the issues.
