Management of Craniomandibular articulation Dysfunctions (CMDs) has always been a great challenge to surgeon due to its complex biomechanics, posing difficulty in performing precise & detailed investigations. Surgery has currently embarked upon an era of ARTHROSCOPY. It has become an important method of diagnosis and treatment of CMDs and provide unique possibilities for research to elucidate the complicated etiopathogenesis of CMDs.
