This book is actually a tangential body filling review of aspects of the author?s Ph. D Dissertation. Its primary aim is to provide a description of some basic aspects of Anaang Phonology, given the paucity of research materials in the language. The description covers both the segments, the non segments and some phonological processes. A thorough knowledge of the different variations of Generative Theory, particularly the non-linear analyses of both the Autosegmental and Metrical Phonologies, is assumed. The description of the Anaang Phonology is done within these frameworks. The materials herein are exceedingly essential for the university student and researcher, not only in Anaang language, but also of Phonology in general.
