An Introduction to Solar System to Drive Base Transceiver System Nasrin Sultana

This book has tried to address the problem of discontinuous electricity supply in a situation where continuous electricity supply through main grid is not possible or difficult. A new solar system, has been proposed in this book which is mainly the consists of pv module and battery system. The proposed system consists of four functional unity. These are PV panel, Charge Controller, Battery system and backup generator system. The solar system which has been proposed in this book is helpful for Islands and naturally abrupt regions and it is a great blessings for the people of remote location for telecommunication purposes. This book also offer the low cost design of solar system and comparison study of the different types of battery with graphical representation. This book proposed three different types of systems and they are for one day autonomy, two days autonomy and three days autonomy. To compare the system with real world a simulator, Matlab has been used here.
