It's a process that will take you through my journey, so you can continue on with your own. When life stops, yet you are still alive, there is no one who can help you-but yourself. Explore how the three Cs-Chance, Choice, and Change-can bring awareness, calm, and deeper meaning to your life. I continually found myself back at ground zero every time life threw another bomb at me, shattering me into a zillion pieces. I would end up back at the start, empty. After my second kidney transplant, my life seemed to disintegrate further each day, shedding all that was dear to me, until I thought I had lost my mind. Then, I heard my daughter say: the choice is always yours A voice from nowhere asked, "Who is choosing?" and my whole life changed inexplicably. Doors I never knew existed suddenly sprang open. First within and then all around me. The spark hidden under the pile of dust was ignited and in a couple of months, the fire was in full force, creating new circumstances, providing new tools, resurrecting. And, I began to write. To create a map to a better way of seeing and experience the world. A guide to Aliceland; through Chance, Choice, and Change to become healthier, stronger, and more resilient.
