The Peekapak Pals and the New Student

This book, created by award-winning social-emotional learning program, Peekapak, teaches young children the concept of Empathy. When a new student joins their class, the Peekapak Pals try putting themselves into her shoes to understand how she may be feeling. This story is fully illustrated, with emphasis placed on each character's emotion. Children will enjoy pointing to, and naming, the feelings shown vividly through each character's facial expression and body language.
