This book highlights my personal adventures and encounters with mental health. I am trying again to write my way through my pains and challenges. I waver between the victories of mental health self care and the perils of selfishness as everyone of my relationships undergoes strain, pressure and transformation. The journey continues as I adopt a mood diary format or at least mindset. I use my writings as mirrors to see myself through time and space. This is a further personal step in my life to find my happy self. I add this to my mental health toolbox.
