If You Aren't Laughing at Yourself, You Are the Only One.
Bill Bingham
We all handle aging with different amounts of grace and humility. Or hope to.
"If you are not laughing at yourself..." is a collection of real-life stories written by an everyman wanting his son to learn from his experiences. Bingham penned these tales to pass on to the boy he had yet to meet. Collected over 10 years, these stories painfully illustrate why it's healthier to laugh at yourself than pay for therapy.
Created during the years both before and after their first meeting, stories and lessons are shared unabashedly. Many contain Bingham's son as the champion, others can't be shared with a teenager unless delivered with a great deal of humor and humility.
