This is my story about how I have striven to overcome my illness - Bipolar Affective Disorder. My book will hopefully help others to be able to empathise and understand that the hurdles and obstacles in life caused by mental illness can be challenged and confronted, and defied. Having a mental disability presents another dimension to life's difficulties and those who suffer such issues still have amazing lives to lead. If I can overcome the setbacks noted in "The Two Shadows of Success," it goes to show that it lies within us all to challenge the daemons and look forward to a very happy and prosperous life.
