I am firmly convinced that you can't see the pattern of your life until you've reached a ripe old age of say 75 or so. It takes three quarters of a century to give you perspective. All the things that occurred-all the dilemmas you found yourself in, all the tragedies, joys, failures and triumphs-actually form a woven tapestry and happened to you for a reason. I like to think that many, many times an event which seemed tragic at the time was actually going to be the seed bed for something wonderful which could have never taken place without it!Judy Armstrong was born in Omaha, moved to Indianapolis, and went to college in Staunton, Virginia. She stayed in Staunton and learned, first, to be a wife and mother in the South and, later, to be an outstanding realtor there..
