Today, I am a woman who loves who she is becoming. I am a wife to a native of the Caribbean and a Mom to three amazing daughters. I specialize in helping Celebrity & High Performing CEO Moms learn how to put their oxygen mask on first, so they can save everyone around them.

But it didn't quite start out that way...

After losing my mother to Lupus as a child, not having my father present in my life, I was sexually abused, became a teen mom at the age of 16, and involved in a tumultuous relationship with an older man. I found myself at 23 years old in the right place, at the right time to become the CEO of a luxury day spa. I was financially flexible, and I was able to create a great lifestyle for myself and my daughter; but I was also stressed, had unresolved childhood trauma, and carried a heavy load of guilt on how I showed up for my family. Meanwhile my career facade said "I've got it all together". It was my personal life, relationships, and areas of my health that were falling apart.

Now as a wife, mom, and CEO at ToyePenny.com, I have created The Love You More Method?. This is an 8-step holistic well-being program, that I have successfully used to guide many of my clients who are high performing moms to a better state of mental and physical state of health and wellbeing.
