There are many suboptimal constitutions in the world, and people ask for a much better one - The Constitution of the World. We added some lovely comments to this Constitution of the World, to be better understood, and easier to implement by the people. The third president of the United States, Thomas Jefferson, said about 175 years ago, in 1825: "I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power." Churchill, over 60 years ago, said that "If the human race wishes to have a prolonged and indefinite period of material prosperity, they have only got to behave in a peaceful and helpful way toward one another". In this book we develop these ideas and other new ideas, commenting on the new Constitution of the World, which will create the conditions for a peaceful, free and prosperous new country, Peaceful Terra.
