When I Grow Up I Want to Be...a Firefighter!: Will's Amazing Day! Wigu Publishing 1st edition

Will was excited to go on his class field trip, until he learned they would be touring the local firehouse. Now, he is dreading the trip. For as long as he can remember, Will has been afraid of fire and, worse than that, firefighters! Though he knows firefighters are heroes who do dangerous work, to him they are giants in heavy coats and masks. As he journeys with his class through the fire station, Will and readers alike are introduced to the exciting world of firefighting. Can Will overcome his fears and maybe even learn something surprising about himself?

• "This book tells a wonderful story from beginning to ending. I thoroughly enjoyed it as much as I did the first two in the series. Kids will appreciate the honest way it deals with very real aspirations and fears. The firefighter and fire truck pictures alone make it worthwhile to own, and to give as a gift. I look forward to the next book in this series." -William H. Weintraub, Professor, University of Colorado, School of Journalism and Mass Communications

• "This exciting book seamlessly explores childhood fears and firefighting in a fun and educational manner. As a professional firefighter for over 20 years, and a father of two young boys, I appreciate the entertaining way When I Grow Up.... accurately portrays professional firefighters and introduces children to fire safety in the home. A permanent addition to my family's bedtime reading material!" -Andrew Hill, Fire Captain, Laguna Beach Fire Department
