Hers is a struggle for just the slightest shred of normalcy and trust. About the Author Carolyn Gibbs began writing in the sixth grade and hasn't put the pen down since. Credits include articles and essays in newspapers, poems in insurance industry newsletters, and training manuals for a local insurance company. From 2001 through 2004, she edited and published a monthly community newsletter called The Good News of St. Thomas Parish. She balances her time working in education and volunteers at her church.
