Surgeon, Marco, decides he needs some adventure in his life and sets off with his childhood friend, Karl, to a remote region in the Andes.




When their guides are killed in a freak accident, Marco and a seriously injured Karl are transported through an underground river into a volcanic crater. There, Marco discovers an ancient and barbaric civilization that has been cut off from the rest of the world for centuries.




Trapped and unable to find a way out, Marco must adapt to this unknown world and find how to survive, way out of sight of this mysterious people.
