with this wonderful gift of nature.



When autumn arrives, nature dresses in orange, giving us its best creations, like colorful and sensational pumpkins.



With them you can create countless tasty recipes. For me they are a great source of inspiration, they awaken my creativity, they give my house a pleasant atmosphere, when I cook them they fill the house with the aroma of warm home.



They are fantastic to decorate any place. And we can take advantage of the entire pumkin. Like their seeds that become a crunchy snack, their spaghetti (pulp) that looks so beautiful. We can prepare countless recipes with the pulp of the pumpkin, either in desserts, meals or drinks. Its shell, allows us to cook it whole, without using large pots. We can do it either in the conventional oven or in the microwave.



They remain in good condition for up to five months. Wow.



One of the advantages that I like most is that they can be used to serve in the same pumpkin we prepare with it.



I love pumpkins for everything they provide us with. The dishes, nutrition and, of course, the decoration.
