Becoming an overwhelmed mother of three and a wife can sometimes be a challenge to be encouraged. Especially when you have gone through so much at such a young age. For instance, being a domestic violence survivor is a blessing however, those wounds can sometimes flashback out of nowhere. I discovered that writing and reading help a lot with processing those memories. Plus, we all have our days, right? We all have those sad and frustrating feelings in our life; we have all gone and will go through intense trials and tribulations. It may feel like we're not going to get through them.

At times, we just need to take that moment to be still and to get into the presence of the Most High. Study his word or meditate with some encouraging words before starting our daily busy lives and after.
