Angie an upcoming country music artist/songwriter grew up in Maryland. She spent her summers on Ocracoke Island listening to tales about Blackbeard's treasures and lost loves. She follows her dreams and moves to Ocracoke Island. A place she has always called The Shores of Forever. She becomes entwined in a mystery and a romance as she begins her new life on the island. She is intrigued by her long-ago ancestors and their lost loves. Her ancestor Evangeline still wanders the shores looking for her lost love. Angie wonders if there is such a thing as soul mates that can pass from one life time to another. Evangeline leads the young songwriter on a search for Blackbeard's treasure by leaving clues as to the whereabouts of Blackbeard's treasure maps.
