A debut collection of poetry. An eclectic mix on themes of love, death, illness, mental health issues, travel and more. My book helps to inspire, resonate and promote healing the aching soul in order to encourage us to be triumphant over the trials and tribulations that life throws at us on our personal journey. Through compassion, empathy and loving kindness may we encourage ourselves and others to share our naked souls in a healing way and celebrate accomplishments. One written, read, spoken or humorous word or experience shared is a step further to soothing the many anguishes, fears and troublesome times that affect our day to day lives. Every journey is individual and unique, there will always be difficulties to overcome. May we all find our "people," our "tribe" with whom we can find the courage and strength to bare our naked souls to be able to move forward on our individual path through the maze of life and grow personally and positively towards whatever goals we have set for ourselves..
