This is the 7th in a series of books about my life as a TCKer - Third Culture Kid. This book, with its focus on the family years between 1983 and 1998, after my [then] husband of 10 years finally landed that elusive "lucky break" job. This book chronicles our unexpected immersion into the ex-pat community and later into the more formal world of the Diplomatic Community for 13 years. A little espionage, war stories, dealings with the Black Market, as well as the usual happy family memories became a real part of of daily lives. In 1998, when Zachary graduated from Balboa High School in Panama, our family time came to an end.
