Mayline Relix, recovered from her stint in the fiery pits of Hell, is sent on another mission. Traveling to Italy on the orders of Angels, her harrowing journey is filled with intrigue and lies. Amid the turmoil, Mayline begins feeling the effects of her time in Hell.
