It was 1959 in West Carroll Parish, northeastern Louisiana. Something or someone was raping and murdering young women, something that came out of the Bayou Macon. A serial killer says Sheriff Hugh Macon, a lunatic escaped from the mental hospital in Baton Rouge. But old time Louisianans believe that this Devil's work is done by a Rougarou or loup garou or as it is called in English, a werewolf. Young Andy Macon is visiting from Seattle and it will fall on his shoulders to save the beautiful first cousin, Cybil from the very jaws of hell.
