"Herb Woods" is the story of a successful lawyer, who has fallen into the web of a gold-digging secretary. Although deeply in love with his wife, he feels his youth slipping away. He is worried about death threats made by a client that he represented 20 years before. The client returns and frames him for the murder of two local citizens.
