The Secret of Cemetery No. 1 Pamela Hillan

Once again best friends, Jan and Jenny, are off another big adventure, although this time the adventure is very different and very unexpected. What is the mystery that lies beneath the tombstone of Marie Laveau, the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans? And why can't the spirit of Marie Laveau rest in peace? Was Marie Laveau really a witch? Or was she something different? And why is Jenny so susceptible to things neither she nor Jan can even begin to understand? The answers to all these questions unfold in a most unusual way, and Jan and Jenny never cease to surprise the reader. If you close your eyes, you can almost feel the magic of New Orleans! Written by twenty year veteran court reporter, Pamela Hillan, and award winning author, attorney and former teacher, Penelope Dyan, this book is another Jan and Jenny book that is sure to capture your interest as it relates yet another tale to you that is filled with twists and turns. Like Jan and Jenny, our co-authors have been life-long friends, and they intend to continue to be so; because like our heroines, Jan and Jenny, our authors know the true meaning of friendship and loyalty, and those are two very important concepts everyone needs to learn and to practice. You see, when we work together for a common cause, like Jan and Jenny, anything can happen! You might even save the world!
