MY FATHER'S LAND This is a story that goes from pre to post Civil War. A couple with their three Children move from Pennsylvania to her father's plantation in North Carolina. One of the main characters is named Belle who was very self righteous Christian woman. According to Belle she had no faults. She always wants it all, and believes she has the right to have it. Belle loved to be waited on, her faults go on and on. The day came when Belle was at her lowest point in her life. She dropped to her knees crying out to God to change her. This story has the power of God to change the impossible. There's drama, passion and laughter to enjoy. I'm a wife, mother and grandmother. I've been married to my husband John for 39 yrs. We have two lovely daughters, who have wonderful husbands. We also have six grandchildren who bring us a lot of joy. We love to travel, and since 1980 my husband and I have taken yearly vacations. Riding across the United States has given us much joy. There is so much in this beautiful country to see, that we will continue to travel as long as the Lord allows.
