. Do not allow yourself to pick up pieces of the past, nor store and carry them inside you. You have to stay prayed up against those who come against you and keep a positive loving mindset. You can lend someone a helping hand, and it is okay to let them loose when they start to consume your thoughts and bring you down. Nip what is not God before a mountain is formed over a mole hill. Do not let it steal your joy, invade your mind, and rob your heart and soul of its peace. Live life, laugh, love and you will find peace, health, and happiness. God will reach you no matter how far you think He is from you, but I know if you let Him in, you will soon realize He is a lot closer and resides in your heart. Sometimes in the midst of our chaos we tend to build an emotional wall of protection. It often happens before we even realize our thoughts in our minds could lay a foundation. The awareness in the mindset of the worldly emotional junk we tend to let in and invades our mind, body and soul. Stealing our inner peace, our homes, our temples, they now become just walls that start to close in on us. We hide behind closed doors and in the comfort of our homes. We welcome all, but isn't it funny how we let everything else in, but God who has been standing outside knocking at the door, just waiting for us to invite Him in.
