It is a confirmed fact among health professionals that those who are stewards over their bodies in terms of diet, nutrition, and exercise tend to live a longer and healthier life. Biblically, God gave us the knowledge and inspiration to support the well-being of what is known through scripture as the "Temple of the Holy Spirit (The Body). In this manuscript, this book gives a brief inspiration for our health both physically and spiritually. Though it is short, it has plenty of information to support our narrative. The intent is to give the reader snippets of information to live a healthier lifestyle based upon scripture. As a part of the discourse, my personal mistakes and successes are revealed health-wise from almost sixty years of existence, in order to give an operational understanding of good and bad health situations. The testimonies contained are intended to be used as sources to motivate each individual in taking care of their body. Within this text, you will find that science, biology, and the bible agree more often than not on what it takes to be healthy. The human body when we seek to comprehend it, we find out how awesome God is in His intellectual, biological, and scientific abilities. He has created the human body, so that it operates as the most wonderful living machine ever designed. Through exercise and nutrition is how we keep it operating at full capacity.
