At its core, Echoes of Mercy is about unrequited love and a life spent enduring hardship. It is about one man's tumultuous journey to regain the family that was stolen from him, twice, and to find love again. But what can hurt more than the endless pinning for the one you love who does not share your love? What is more heart wrenching than bestowing all your love on that person in hopes that they will love you in return? But do they ever, really? Sisan McNeil has been writing since the age of eleven. Echoes of Mercy, though not her first published novel, is her very first attempt at writing a novel. It has taken her thirteen years to complete the work. She is a Christian. She's Nigerian, though she currently lives in California. She's an avid reader and hopes to one day own the world's biggest home library.
