My life, my story; a tale of my struggle with "Surviving Through Mental Illness," and the warfare it posed within my Christianity. Is a "black pearl" transcended only through the process of science- or is it God's perfect molding of evolvement? As the black pearl, we too, must go through different stages in life. God allows this to uniquely strengthen us and to bless us with divine beauty. If we must agree with the theories and practice of science, do we defy and undermine the power of truth? I say, the power of truth defines the means of science.
