After a couple decades of trying to end bad habits and heal on my own, I finally got sober, healthy, happy, and changed my life completely within a year. This is everything I learned and did to make this enormous transformation. My life now is full and joyous. We will cover everything from creating and building a new life, paying off debt, making amends, physical cleansing and healing of the body, finding new friends and community, righting past wrongs, and learning how to live a normal, happy, and wholesome life.
