This book picks up where Time Travel Time left off as Kien, with new clues on the whereabouts of Vaaut, sails off in search of him. What he finds is not the man he remembers. Vaaut has become a forgetful mad miner down under the sea in the town of Ashaneea and no matter how hard he tries to escape, his mind won't let him. This, combined with a powerful queen and a mysterious god of dreams who starts to offer all sorts of wishes in exchange for having to always live in a dream, are the troubles that stand in the way of what should be a simple rescue.
