The inspiring journey of artist Troy Parker In the art world few can match the creative perseverance of Texas artist Troy Parker. Born with cerebral palsy, today he works hundreds of hours to create and exhibit his technofolk art at festivals and art shows throughout the central states region. Troy's incredible story is told by his father Jud, a retired educator, who has traveled many thousands of miles with Troy and his service dog, Koda. Together they have touched countless lives and seen God work in miraculous ways. Troy has shown his artwork at many of the top art shows in the country and has received awards based on his talent, not his disability.
