Love To Colour: Mandalas Volume 2 contains 50 unique mandala designs for you to colour and enjoy. Colouring is a fun, creative and relaxing activity. It has been found to help calm the mind and reduce stress levels and anxiety and is a great way to spend some 'Me Time'. Designs vary in complexity so you're bound to find something that suits your mood. You can use crayons, coloured pencils, gel pens or markers for colouring the designs. Each design is printed on one side only with the underside left blank to avoid bleed thru ruining the next design if using gel pens or other wet media. It's advisable to place a sheet of paper or card beneath the design you're working on just to be on the safe side. There are two spare pages at the back of the book which you can use. There's no right or wrong way to colour. Just let your creativity flow and have fun!
