Several years ago, I was working for a company that has a strong relationship with the Costco Wholesale Stores in the United States and Canada. Usually on your first day no one expects that you will do well until you are properly trained. As a Sales Advisor, I was to promote the item and then try to close the deal by making a sale. Our quota's varied from day to day but usually we were required to sell (20) items. On my first day I sold approximately 85 boxes of the item I was promoting!
