He held various global executive positions with a large consumer product and industrial adhesive company across a wide variety of functions, including finance, technical, business development, continuous improvement, and two expat assignments. He has worked directly with customers in both manufacturing and service industries, including Chemicals, Finance, Technology, Packaging, Food, Diapers, Distribution, General Contracting, Marketing, Branding, Food Service, & Landscaping. Ryan has also spent time managing large scale operations for major multinational organizations. He has trained thousands of people globally in continuous improvement, while keenly observing processes, cultures, and behaviors.
