Magical Moments with Roy and Toni: "Take the Time" Delores Allan

"Take The Time", how often do we have to be reminded of this? We live in a hustle and bustle world where we rush from one place to another, telling our children to hurry up! Hurry, we'll be late, hurry, hurry, hurry! "Take The Time" makes children realize that when we hurry, we miss a lot of things that may be worth spending some time on. Like taking the time for a special moment with a friend, or time spent with a grandparent, a pet, or enjoying a moment to appreciate nature. Roy and Toni will talk about how time spent on some of the simplest things can make a special moment. A moment that might have otherwise been missed and a lifetime memory just slipped through their fingers. They will help them to understand that once a moment in time has passed, that one moment is gone forever. I learned firsthand how important it is to spend my time wisely. This book is meant to encourage children to seize the moment as it appears before them on a day to day basis. As you read this book you will realize it is worth the time to "Take The Time" to do so.
