Crone; : a Meditation on Womanhood Mira Leighton

WHEN A WOMAN'S OUTWARD JOURNEY BECOMES AN INWARD JOURNEY ... Augusta finds herself one morning pulled by her heart to a place she's never been before. In a timeless stone cottage on the edge of the ecologically-minded community of Miraton, she meets an old woman and discovers the next place of her own life. During her short stay with the Crone in these strange - yet completely familiar surroundings,- Augusta comes to a deeper level of awareness and appreciation for the connectedness of all life. Is the healing of Mother Earth the special responsibility of women? This might be a fable ... or it may not. Ms. Leighton has given us a loving, insightful Allegory in which many womanly and spiritual truths are revealed.
