It was through the urging and leadership of God?s Holy Spirit which led me to write this book as an encouragement to help believers deal with aspects of their lives that render them ineffectual in His service. By trusting solely in the Lord, to help us overcome flaws in our character, we become effective servants by which we are able to reach others to faith in Christ! Those flaws, in our lives, hold us in bondage and prevent us from being of use to the Lord. When we turn over control of our lives to Him, He is then able to effectively use us for the furtherance of his Kingdom on this earth.

The castle on the front cover is surrounded by a moat which renders it ineffectual. It is an island of isolation with a drawbridge pulled up sealing the occupants away in seclusion. By contrast the castle on the back cover sits on higher ground and provides a grand vista to interact with God?s creation.

The same is true of our lives as well. As we look out around us we can do His will. Now we need to get busy building your house on higher ground to be God?s devoted servant; thereby leading others to salvation in Christ Jesus! This book will help you reach that goal!
