Terrance Gooding is a simple man he is also a man with a secret painted in agony and chained away in a gilded box. Six years have passed since strange and haunting events caused Terrance to have an emotional breakdown. Forcing him to move back home with his mother Rita in his hometown of Point Trace. Now Terrance is finally ready to get back out into the world and start a new life for himself. His heart and mind finally healing from events that are not all what they appear to be. When circumstances lead Terrance into the small city of Singleton he allows himself the brief hope that after so long in obscurity he will finally be able to get his life together. But outside forces have other intentions as Terrance grapples with the madness that begins to swirl around him. He will be forced to battle the turmoil of insecurity and self doubt. As a demon called the Prefect, a monster known as Racs, and a personification of the devil named Raven T. Willis attempt to wear away at Terrance's sanity. Is Terrance insane, is he a monster who has lost his memories or has a mistake been made and an innocent man is paying the price.
