The book is based on one of my granddaughters and myself. While it is true that she does give up her room for our use when we visit, she has always done so cheerfully without any complaints. The idea for the book came about mostly because of my own guilt feeling that in order to enjoy a visit, it was necessary for her to vacate her room. Throughout my years, I have learned that no matter how difficult a situation may seem, with God's help, there are always answers. That is the message I hope to have conveyed in the book.
