TRUST-BUILDING engages the reader in an exploration of the concept of trust. Each chapter has three sections: A theoretical discussion based on Carl Gustav Jung's Collected Works; An exercise created to put that theory into an experience; A story to illustrate the concepts from the authors' journeys as mother and daughter and as professional colleagues. The book's intention is to help the reader expand his or her trust-building practices in daily life ~ to more consciously choose actions which may increase our sense of trust in our relationship with ourselves, an invisible energy, and others.
