25 Year Old Author Paves the Way

The journey of publishing this book began just a few years ago, when Laura spoke at a women?s retreat in Wisconsin. After sharing her heart with a group of Intervarsity students at "Esther?s Beauty Shop", several of the girls provoked her to write a book on the subject matter she discussed. These college students expressed their frustration that there is not enough relevant material available for Christian women that does not appeal only to the lowest common denominator, and also does not deviate from a strong Biblical foundation.

Inspired by these words, Laura translated her long practiced passion of writing into her very first published book, released in 2005. Her aim is to challenge every woman to a higher standard, to fix their gaze upon the face of Jesus Christ, and learn how to serve Him and be consecrated to His purposes in such a thorny culture that lures us away from this pursuit.

Laura?s primary desire is to impart lifestyle values into the women of this generation; that they would know Jesus intimately, being equipped and released into their destiny.
