'Megan the Snow Maiden', the third book in the seies 'Tales of My Childhood', is a traditional Russian Winter Holiday folktale adapted for English-reading children. This book is dedicated to all the children affected by Turner Syndrome and is a holiday gift to Turner Syndrome Support Society. 'Snow Maiden' (or 'Snegurochka' in Russian) is by far the most popular winter foltake among Russian children and tells the story of a childless Russian couple who made a snow doll, which came to life.
