Letter to Dr Frenkel Ebrahim El Hadidy

My dearest love, yesterday I wrote about faith, but today I don't have much of it. I'll be leaving here, destination unknown. No idea what dangers await me, what house or shack. My thoughts are with you all the time, both of you suffering because of me. Whatever anyone may say, I will repay what I owe you when I return, will gather unto me all that you've been through. I want to be there for you, be better than I know how. Never again will we turn little things into major problems. If I get a chance, I want to build a life with you and make sure it's worth living. I want to work for your upkeep, live with both of you together. Nothing will ever take me away again from where I belong, my family, who I miss more strongly than ever before. Meijer Frenkel
