UnFuck My Life Daily Sober Planner Antoinette Gathers

This planner has 3 pages dedicated to helping the person who uses this to the path of sobriety. Plan your day, track how many drinks or other substances you may have, track the money you started out within the week and how much was spent on non-sober activities. Write daily notes and remember that this is only a tool that works when you put effort into it. No one else is going to see this planner, no one else is going to judge you for what you put into it. hopefully, this helps someone out there!
