This book goes through the geography of China first by looking at its deserts, rivers, mountains, and islands through stories of people that have traveled through these parts of the country. There are pictures, drawings, and maps. Then a story is told about a family that takes a really big road trip. Follow them as they go through China, province by province. Maps of each province are shown and a map of their travels as well. Project ideas are also provided to help kids learn about Chinese geography hands on.
