(pronounced po-em-tree) This book is a collection of satirical, whimsical poems from the young ingenuity of 16-year-old Jael Whitney. The poems in this book were written starting when the author was just 10, but the rhythm and language of the poetry have been said to be "on par with Prelutsky and Silverstein." The pen-and-ink illustrations in the book were drawn by the author.
