This is the story of Stacy Shain, a 34 year old mother of three, and her battle with breast implant illness, a debilitating illness that no doctors to this day know how to treat. The book also includes her frustration felt with dozens of pain management doctors who were unable to treat her pain. Stacy's hope in starting this book when she was sick(her mother ended up finishing it) was to try and create awareness and save others who are fighting the same fight.
