Mikia Troche was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Despite her unpolished childhood growing up amid domestic abuse, she focused on her passions for track and field, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and finance. In 2001, Mikia and her husband, Jose, moved to Virginia's Hampton Roads area where she is a Registered Nurse. Her passion for people continuously fuels her as she reaches the masses with messages of endurance and hope.

Mikia and her husband run a lucrative financial business that attempts to push fellow business owners to the zenith of their potential. She is also founder and CEO of E. N. D. U. R. E. and The Enduring Conference. Its purpose is to inspire the broken and give enduring power and faith to the spirit, soul, and body. The goal is for all participants to undergo a complete spiritual formation and fulfill their destiny.

Today, Mikia is a powerful motivational speaker and author who is inspired to help the broken through her words, her leadership, her faith, and her own ability to endure all of life's storms. This outstanding leader is the mother of three: Jay, Ty, Jada; and a "Glam-ma" to her "Glam-baby," Royal. Mikia finds comfort in her loving and amazingly supportive husband, Jose.
