A young Mother deals with her husband's serious health issues, financial pressures and raising a precious little girl while suffering from the unresolved grief of a lost pregnancy. When her daughter has an imaginary friend who she says is God her Mother suggests daughter Alice come up with a different name. Alice and her friend pick Frances, the name of the unborn child.
